We had a lot of customers asking for leather bracelets and we never wanted to use leather, for ethical reasons (after all, we are supporting a marine conservation organization). And we finally found one material that has all the leather qualities, but it is actually more durable and - most importantly - it is cruelty free.

This simple, but powerful statement bracelet is handmade to order in our Split atelier using a stainless steel magnetic clasp (available in four colours: silver, rose gold, yellow gold and matte black) and a 9mm wide BioThane band.

Biothane is a leather-free cruelty-free vegan material that has the look and soft touch of leather, but it is waterproof and much easier to maintain (it can be washed just with soap and water).

One other advantage compared to leather is that it comes in a high variety of colours. And it can be transformed into a true statement piece when you add a custom engraving on the metal clasp.
