Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Croatia and most of EU with GLS and to the rest of Europe. UK and the United States with Croatian Post registered mail, and to other worldwide destinations with Registered Post or DHL. If your country is not on the shipping list, please contact us for a quote. See shipping prices and more on our Shipping Policy page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders placed inside Croatia, we offer fast GLS shipping, so delivery times are usually 24 to 48 hours (can be 72 hours for remote destinations and islands).

For orders placed outside Croatia, delivery times can vary, depending on destination. For Europe is is usually 5 to 14 working days. For USA and UK it can be anything from 2-4 weeks (but it can be more during busy times of year).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can return the order within 30 days (calculated from the day you received the order), no questions asked, unless they were customized for you (engraving, unusual sizes or specific colour combinations that do not exist on our webshop).

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed, and a credit in the value of the bracelet(s) returned will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days from the moment we receive the returned items.
