Is engraving waterproof and long-lasting?

Engraving is done directly on the metal parts of the bracelet. Over time, the look can change with wear, friction, and exposure to saltwater or chemicals. To help the engraving stay crisp, avoid harsh cleaners and store the bracelet separately when not worn.

Do you accept returns for engraved bracelets?

Engraved items are personalized and we do not accept refunds for incorrect sizing. If you ordered the wrong size, exchanges are available through our Rope Replacement service .

Each bracelet is made to order, especially for you, so it usually takes 1-2 working days to complete your order (depending on how many orders we have received that day). This time is added to the estimated delivery time.

When your order is ready, we will ship it with your chosen courier (Croatian Post, DPD or other express option) and we will provide you with the tracking number.

For orders placed inside Croatia, we offer fast DPD shipping, so delivery times are usually 24 to 48 hours (can be 72 hours for remote destinations and islands).

For orders placed outside Croatia, delivery times using regular postal services (Croatian Post) can vary from 7 to 45 working days, depending on destination. For Europe is is usually 7 to 14 days. For USA and UK it can be anything from 2-4 weeks (but it can be more during busy times of year), for Canada or Australia it can be 4 weeks or more. 

We are not responsible for any custom taxes that might be applied by the custom authorities, for countries outside the European Union.

All Break Time jewellery is handcrafted with highly resistant stainless steel or titanium steel, and EU-made sailing ropes of US-made original paracord, therefore they are highly resistant to wear and tear, as well as repeated contact with water, so they do not necessitate a lot of maintenance.

If the paracord gets dirty, you can wash the bracelet with warm water and soap (you can also let it soak for half an hour in soapy water and then rinse it well) and for the sailing rope you can also use a small brush (an old toothbrush, for instance). Also, as a reminder, we offer the option to replace an old rope and give your bracelet new life.

The metal part of the bracelet is either stainless steel or titanium steel, so it will not tarnish. The black plated, 18K gold plated and 18K rose gold plated versions are also highly resistant, PVD plating can last up to 10 years. In time, the metal parts of the Break Time jewellery can get a cool jagged look if they come in contact often to hard abrasive surfaces, but they will keep their sturdiness.

When storing your bracelet, make sure it is completely dry.
